An entrance ticket to the Museum entitles you to enter the exhibition once, at the specific time for which it was purchased.
We would like to inform you that persons with tickets purchased online are required to present their tickets at the Museum reception 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
Individual tickets can be purchased at the Museum reception (at least 15 minutes before the tour starts).
We ask for punctuality. Ticket holders who are late for the scheduled touring time will not be admitted to the tour.
Age restrictions: an adult or a minor accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian. To purchase a ticket at the reception of the Museum, it is necessary to have an identity card proving the age of the visitor.

A locker room located next to the Museum reception is available to visitors. The lockers are locked with a four-digit code individually determined by you.
